From high profile urban projects such as the Hotel Vancouver, The RISE, Vancouver, Commerce Place, Edmonton, Central City, Surrey, to working with notable brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Lululemon and Starbucks, she also sat on the Executive Team for CBRE Limited in Toronto as Senior Vice President, Retail Division where she represented as the first woman on the Executive Team in Canada. She was also the CBRE Retail Representative for Canada throughout CBRE’s North American enterprise.

Having commercial real estate experience in Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles, Edmonton and Kelowna Ms. Cairns has built a vast network of real estate professionals across North America, as well as a solid team of real estate lawyers, bankers, mortgage brokers, architects, developers and builders to assist her clients.
